2 cut-to-size strips for blister prevention - Urgo
Thanks to their hydrocolloid mass, each URGO Blister Prevention strip prevents the appearance of painful blisters. Economical and practical, these 2 cut-to-size hydrocolloid strips adapt to all areas subject to rubbing and thus to blisters (finger, toe, heel, etc.). Extra-thin and transparent, they ensure total discretion while guaranteeing optimal protection.
Instructions for use:
1. Clean and dry the skin. Make sure that the friction area has no lesions, wounds, or redness
2. Cut the strip to the desired size using clean, dry scissors.
3. Warm the resulting dressing between your hands to make it more conformable.
4. Remove the first protective wing, avoiding touching the adhesive part of the dressing
5. Apply the dressing centered on the friction area, avoiding wrinkles
6. Remove the second protection by smoothing carefully and pressing the edges of the dressing to increase adhesion.
Renew the dressing according to the instructions, on average once a day, or when it begins to wrinkle. You can remove the dressing at the end of your activities. The dressing should not remain in place for more than 2 to 3 days, after which it must be removed if it has not come off on its own.
Precautions for use:
- The product should be applied by an adult for children under 16 years of age.
- Make sure to position the dressing correctly on the friction area: risk of irritation, blistering
- Single use, do not reposition a dressing once applied, do not reuse the same dressing (risk of poor hygiene and non-adherence).
- Do not apply to damaged skin, to an already formed blister, or to a wound.
- Diabetic patients are recommended to use hydrocolloid dressings only under medical or nursing supervision.
- Hydrocolloid dressing forming a white gel with secretions or perspiration.
- In case of sticky hydrocolloid residues on the skin, soaking in water is recommended: the adhesive will swell, lose its adhesiveness, and detach.

- Store in the original box and lay flat.
- Do not use after the expiration date (indicated on the box)
- Cardboard box to be discarded with recycled waste. Dressings and wings to be discarded with household waste
